With new song, “Poor Me,” released last week and a bright and cheerful new music video for “Life’s About To Get Good” shared this morning (July 27), life is already getting good for Shania Twain fans.
The music video’s oceanside beach house, sparkling sunshine and colorfully dressed, energetic dancers express the optimistic message of the song.
“I was at home looking out at the ocean and I said to myself, ‘Here I am stuck in this past of negativity, but it’s so beautiful out. I’m not in the mood to write a feeling-sorry-for-myself song,’” said Shania about penning the new tune. “You can’t have the good without the bad. And that’s what the song ended up being about.”
“Life’s About To Get Good” is the first single of Shania’s anticipated new album, Now, which drops on Sept. 29, and will be offered as both a 12-track standard album and 16-track deluxe album.
