Billboard Country Airplay Chart Sees Movement on All-Time List This Week

By scoring his 31st No. 1 single (“Here and Now”) this week, Kenny Chesney extended his lead on the all-time list for most No. 1 singles on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, which was created in 1990.

Kenny first No. 1 on the chart was “She’s Got It All” in 1997.

  • Kenny will release his new single, “Happy Does,” to country radio on July 20.
  • Neither George Strait nor Alan Jackson has a single on the chart.
  • Luke Bryan is in sixth place on the all-time list with 22 No. 1 singles on the Airplay chart. His current single, “One Margarita,” is No. 2 on the chart this week.

Starting in June, Thomas will kick-off his Bring The Bar To You tour with back to back shows in Gilford, New Hampshire with openers Parker McCollum and Conner Smith.

After going through the last two years, Thomas says, “I’ll never take for granted being able to come see y’all and I’m so fired up to play some of these new ones that were made with these nights in mind. I have a feeling things are going to get loud – I’m counting down the days already!”
