Jason Aldean Is Climbing the All-Time List for No. 1 Singles on Billboard Country Airplay Chart

By scoring his 22nd No. 1 single (“Got What I Got”) on the Billboard Country Airplay chart this week, Jason Aldean continued to climb the ladder on the all-time list. Jason is in seventh place on the all-time list for most No. 1 singles on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, which was created in 1990.

Penned by Thomas Archer, Alex Palmer and Michael Tyler, “Got What I Got” is featured on Jason’s 2019 album, 9.

Congrats to Garth Brooks — he’s been named as one of the honorees for the 43rd Kennedy Center Honors. Along with Garth, the lifetime achievements of Debbie AllenJoan BaezMidori and Dick Van Dyke will be celebrated. When he learned of the honor, Garth shared, “I’m humble. I’m proud. I’m all the good things.”

The Kennedy Center Honors will air June 6 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
