Watch Reba McEntire Honor Hero Patsy Cline With A Cappella “Sweet Dreams” at the Country Music Hall of Fame

Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum hosted an online fundraiser via YouTube on Oct. 28 that featured a who’s who of country stars.

Big Night (At the Museum) paired country music stars with historic instruments for a one-of-a-kind night of music. Artists taking part included Alison Brown, Kane Brown, Carlene Carter, Rodney Crowell, Emmylou Harris, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, Keb Mo, Ricky Skaggs, Marty Stuart and The War and Treaty.

During the show, Reba paid tribute to her hero Patsy Cline by singing “Sweet Dreams” a cappella. In 1963, Patsy scored a Top 5 hit with the tune, which was penned by Don Gibson.

During the free concert, viewers were encouraged to donate to the Museum through YouTube Giving. More than $500,000 has been raised.

Starting in June, Thomas will kick-off his Bring The Bar To You tour with back to back shows in Gilford, New Hampshire with openers Parker McCollum and Conner Smith.

After going through the last two years, Thomas says, “I’ll never take for granted being able to come see y’all and I’m so fired up to play some of these new ones that were made with these nights in mind. I have a feeling things are going to get loud – I’m counting down the days already!”
