Kelsea Ballerini’s “hole in the bottle” Kept Her From a Dry January

Kelsea Ballerini’s “hole in the bottle” Kept Her From a Dry January

Last year was rough. Then the holidays. Plus she had a song about wine — “hole in the bottle.”

Kelsea Ballerini needed a little break from finding the hole in the bottle…so she took part in “Dry January.”

Remember the song she made about it…

Now that we are official in February, we checked in with Kelsea to see how she fared, “I am doing more than OK. Yeah, I think my body thanked me for doing that. Over the holidays and through the pandemic promoting a song called ‘Hole in the Bottle’ like, naturally I drank, probably too much wine. So, it was good for me to be good to my body and readjust a little bit.”

But there’s more to this story…it turns out that Kelsea’s dry January, wasn’t completely dry…and she blames “hole in the bottle”, “Well, I will say that it did become a damp January because I had a couple of glasses of wine when ‘hole in the bottle’ went Top 5, so…its y’alls fault! (laugh) No, I’m kidding.”

We’ll take the blame…check out Kelsea’s hit “hole in the bottle” here…
